toe picks and hockey stops

Because we didn't get the predicted 10 inches today, Justin and I did double time on the shoveling and cleared a skating space on the Res. FINALLY it has stayed cold enough for the ice to freeze!

Wish the VT kids were here to show us how it's done!

Invites to the skating party going out SOON!

Hey nice rink. Good skating Justin. You look pretty fast. Thinking of joining a local hockey team? Can't wait to see the actual house and everything in person.
Here's a tip for skating... Keep your feet underneath you. :-) haha

Love~

The rink looks good. Add some 2x6 boards, benches, lights, and a Zambini (mini-Zamboni). You can get a Saturday league going! Have fun!

The rink looks good. I love Samantha and Nate's response, what good advice. I'm not sure keeping my feet under me is going to be so easy ha.
I am glad the res. froze for you. Looking forward to the invite, but don't have skates anymore. Will have to just "hang out", it would probably be better on my back anyway ha.
Love,
